On a clear night, if you look closely, you’ll see her. Moving along the night sky with her lantern in hand, she wakes up the stars.
She gives tails to the stars and sets them to fly over the earth while she eagerly collects the wishes sent up by the people below.
These wishes become the voices of the stars and, for the night, she’s surrounded by the chatter of peoples hopes and dreams. She listens to them all, searching for the ones that are genuine and pure. Those are the strongest and grant her the ability to make the wish come true.
Maybe you’ll see her the next time you look up at the night sky. Close your eyes and make a wish. Wish for something with all your heart, and then let it go up into the night to be collected by the Moon Angel.
She’s listening. She’s waiting.
